Is there a way to add book sections more quickly?

    Perhaps a bit fanciful, but it would be great to be able to 'Create Book Section' by right clicking on the chapter in the PDF outline.

    This would then populate the 'Title' field of a newly created Parent item with the title text from the outline and extract just the chapter from the PDF as a new attachment. Page number data could also be extracted from the PDF outline.
