Zotero not responding

I can successfully use it to download literatures. Recently, when I use the version of Zotero 6 to read the of literatures, it always not responding several minutes later. Clicking anywhere went unresponsive, the interface started freezing and closed on its own after about a minute. I have re-downloaded the current version and reinstalled it, but the above situation still occurs, and I am very distressed because I am writing a paper these days. Hope to get your help!
