Bibliography includes duplicate-like sources that aren't in zotero or paper

I'm not sure if this is somehow related to me in the past removing these sources but them not being cleared out by zotero or otherwise failing to merge them properly.

They will have the same source with different citation information. I can't locate these forms of citation in zotero as they were supposedly merged a long time ago
