Using Zotero on Google Docs wipes hyperlinks

When I use Zotero for Google Docs on Firefox, the hyperlinks on my document stop appearing and the only thing that remains is the blue colored text and underlining. The hyperlinks come back when I refresh the page but stop popping up when I start using Zotero again.

Any ideas for how to fix this?

    I don't see this. If you disable all other extensions in Firefox but Zotero Connector, does the issue still occur? Could you submit a Report ID from the Zotero Connector?
