Attachment upload issue

I uploaded a PDF into my ZOTERO, downloaded from Hathitrust. The PDF looks and reads clear as a stand-alone document, but once it's uploaded into my Zotero library, it becomes distorted into multiple squares with different patterns of pixelation. In the Zotero library its completely unreadable. This affected the whole document. Ive deleted and re-uploaded multiple times to no avail. Any suggestions?

    By "uploaded" do you actually mean that you're uploading to the Zotero web library, or do you just mean that you're adding to Zotero? In other words, are you referring to viewing the PDF in your online library or in the Zotero app on your computer? The problem will be different depending on what you mean.

    Can you take a screenshot that shows what you're describing, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here?
