Upgrade StorageThemes for Local Zotero Install
I had to install Zotero locally, for my user only, as I don't have admin privileges. I'm now strugging to install a new theme. In particular, I'm going for a dark theme:

I have tried adding the `chrome` folder and placed the `.css` file in it in both the local and roaming parts of AppData:
>. ..\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\Profiles\mw5thk6v.default\chrome
> ...\AppData\Local\Zotero\Zotero\Profiles\mw5thk6v.default\chrome
I've in both and in one but not the other. However, nothing changes in any of these. I always close Zotero before making changes.
Any suggestions?
