Zotero will not add edit any citation in Google docs

Whenever I try to add a citation a window will pop up saying:

Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?

I gave all permissions etc. but nothing works.
Any ideas? Somebody experiencing the same problems?

Does it work in a new document?

Can you provide a Report ID from the Zotero Connector after this occurs?

That's from Zotero. Can you provide one from the Zotero Connector?

If it works in a new document, though, you'll likely need to follow the steps in Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents to identify the problem in your existing document.

Hmm, I don't know how to create a Report in Zotero Connector.
