Upgrade StorageInstall Microsoft Word Add-in Not working
Hello all
Tried to use zotero today for citations, and got an error message sating that the Zotero plugin for Word is outdated and needs to be reinstalled. When I try that, I get another error message saying that 'Installation cannot be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Word is closed, and then restart Zotero.' I tried that, and that didn't work. I then tried Manual Installation, and that also didn't work, alongside uninstalling and reinstalling Zotero. I can still see Zotero listed on my toolbar in Word, just can't seem to make the two communicate! Any help would be brilliant, thank you.
