Upgrade StorageMore on exporting RDF with PDFs

My student doesn't know how to post to Zotero, but I got the information from her:
"My version of zotero is 1.0.10. In order to export my files, I drop down the gear menu and hit "export files." I then click "export library." I make sure that both the "export notes" and "export files" boxes are checked. I then attach the rdf file that results to an email.
When I ran the "Report Errors" function I got the Report ID: 402665935."
Does this give you what is needed? Thanks, Melani
