Taylor and Francis - saving problem

Hello everyone!

I've been getting this message when I try to save a book chapter.

An error occurred saving with Taylor & Francis eBooks.
Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead.

Zotero connector recognizes that it's a book chapter, but it saves it as webpage.

For example, https://www.taylorfrancis.com/chapters/mono/10.4324/9781315831282-31/withdrawal-regression-1954-winnicott

Saving books works fine.

OK, pushed a fix. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences. Let me know if you encounter any more issues!

Hello .. I have a problem downloading the PDF full text from Taylor and Francise into my Zotero .. the Zotero record is fine but the PDF can't be automaticallt downloaded .. this is a sample

works for me. How do you have access to the PDF? (Institutional subscription on campus, via proxy, via an individual account)?

I am on campus .. instituional access through IP .. I have no problem with other platforms .. I had the same problem yesterday off campus using Proxy server .. the problem exsits with Taylor and Francis platform ..

Do you get a red x before the PDF icon during import or never even get the PDF icon?

Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for a save attempt that fails?

Huh, same problem as @nasser.saleh
could view pdf on taylor & francis but zotero fails to automatically download when saving to zotero
