Upgrade StorageImport of journal abbreviations
Please consider the possibility of a setting (overt or hidden) that will allow for ignoring / rejecting journal abbreviations when importing (from all databases AND via the translators). This is especially valuable since Zotero can convert titles to MedLine/LTWA abbreviations. In other words, I'd love to be able to automatically reject all publisher- or database-supplied abbreviations.
I'm encountering journal publishers that provide out-and-out bizarre abbreviations that must be edited or removed before the record can be cited.
Might there be a possibility of a plug-in to accomplish this upon capturing the journal article records? If so, I would contribute to (or myself fully support) a successful plug-in.
