508329114- problem with citation

Hi,
I worked on a Microsoft word file yesterday. Added more than 50citations using Zotero. I did not close the file and Zotero after working. Today, I wanted to continue working on the same file. But it shows - your Zotero has a problem with your document. I tried to follow all the instructions. But no luck.
This is the second time happening like this. It is sucking a lot of time.
It would be really great if anybody can help me.
