Is a Notification Triggered when an entry is Added to a Collection?

Forgive me if this should be discussed in some developer forum instead of here. If so, please point me to it.

There appears to be a notification when a new entry is added to Zotero. It looks like it is also possible to listen for a notification when an existing (or new) entry is added to a collection. Is this correct?

Could you point me in the direction of some code that would listen for such an event notification?
