Can't get X toolbar to show up in Windows11 Word

I am using Windows11 with MSO 2016. I have downloaded and reloaded Zotero several times, but I can't get the Zotero toolbar to come up in Word. Does anyone have any other solutions?

Thanks. I finally got it working last night. I even changed some settings for Windows 11, it took a long time but when I was able to get the dotm file to finally download, I opened it up in Word. Then I went to add ons Manager in Zotero disabled/re-enabled, restarted the PC, and finally, it started showing up when I opened up Word. It took a while, but it's working now.

I opened it up in Word

Note that this isn't any part of the instructions and isn't something you want to do. The plugin gets loaded automatically when the Zotero.dotm file is in the correct place and Word doesn't have restrictions in place that block loading.
