Upgrade StorageGroups, Collections and Permissions

Here's a feature request I thought would be helpful: it would be nice to have a bit finer control over permissions for a group. For instance, I would like to have a shared library that anyone who is a member of the group can upload to, but a user can only delete his or her *own* additions (is this currently the case?) In addition, I'd like to see the *collections* behave similarly -- a member of a group can add collections, but cannot delete collections that were not his or hers (although the admin can).
