Moving local Zotero pdfs to D drive
Hello,
I'm trying to move my local Zotero attachment files (pdfs) to my D drive. My D drive is significantly larger than my C drive, which is filling up pretty fast.
Right now all Zotero data, including the "storage" folder with pdfs, is in the Users folder in my C drive.
Is there any way I can move the Zotero Data to D without messing up the storage pdf file retrieval system?
I'm afraid to move data directory (default C drive) to custom when I already have a huge local library, just in case I'm no longer able to open files due to the location change.
I do use Zotero online storage to sync, but I'd also like to have all pdfs handy in a roomy D drive.

bwiernikClose Zotero and then move your Zotero data directory to the desired location. Then, re-open Zotero and change the setting in the Advanced pane of Zotero preferences to point to the new location.
