Upgrade StorageMaintaining the citation order
I deleted a fragment of the work with two citations [15] [16]. Then I removed both references from the zotero library.
Currently, both in the work and in the bibliography I have citation [14] and then [17]. What to do to restore the correct order of both citations in the text and the order of the bibliography.

adamsmithFirst, try clicking Refresh in the Word add-on. If that doesn't work, show Word field codes (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/word_field_codes ) and search for remaining, invisible, fields for the former reference 15 and 16, making sure to delete them fully. FWIW, this was neither necessary nor effective. Deleting items from your library doesn't remove them from documents that cite them.
