Upgrade StorageWord for Mac and Zotero freeze whenever I try to add or change a note.
I am trying to write a PhD and have interfaced with Zotero for several years. The problem started with difficulties updating a document, which started to take long time, then got worse and worse.
I first tried pasting into new documents, resaving, etc.
Now the program shuts down even in a new document.

New Zotero plugin downloaded for Word
OS Monterey 12.4 kept updated
New Zotero download
no error message, both programs just freeze as soon as a footnote is added to a new Word document.
