Loading Zotero on Firefox

Have got Zotero working on Opera (using Chrome Connector) but in Firefox, am unable to load the the Connector from the official Zotero site as get message " "the add on download from this site could not be installed because it appears as corrupt". Ironic? Please help!

    There's something wrong with your Firefox installation or network connection. The extension is certainly fine.

    What version of Firefox?

    Try downloading the XPI from another browser and dragging it into Firefox.
