Zotero + LibreOffice plugin: changing "-" to "–"

Dear community,

I'm using LibreOffice's Zotero connector to cite and it keeps doing something that i couldn't change.
Every time I cite and add a page interval with "-" it automatically changes to "–" when done. That is, I chose a book and add "42-47", expecting "DOE, 2008, p. 42-47", but it automatically change to "DOE, 2008, p. 42–47". The problem is that this "–" character is a style mistake.
I couldn't find this change as an orthographic automatic change in LibreOffice, neither i found "–" in my citation style on Zotero.

Any solution?

The page-range-delimiter is part of the locale in CSL you can customize it in the CSL style (see e.g. the AMA style for an example) -- though note that, generally speaking, in English the en dash (i.e., what Zotero users) is the correct and preferred punctuation between a range of numbers.

In Brazil, as far as I know it's the only simple dash.
I searched the CSL style for "–" and even its ascii code, but it has no result

Check the AMA style like I suggest, that should clarify the above. The locale is separate and implied by the CSL style.

We're talking past each other. You need something like this in your style to re-define the delimiter, which is set to an en dash in the locale:

Thank you very much. I added that line and all the new and old citations now have the character that i want.
