Zotero PDF reader does not change page numbers for future annotations

After I change the page numbers for annotations in the PDF in Zotero PDF reader, I would expect any new annotations to follow the new numbering. Instead, the old page number is used and I have to change every new annotation manually. Any chance this can be fixed?

It should be mostly fixed in the next update.
