citation includes part of the text

Hello,
for some reasons when modifying specific citations a part of the text is considered as citation as well and removed.

What word processor are you using? In the word processor, under Zotero Document Preferences, are citations stored as Bookmarks?

I'm using word 2016 and citation are stored as bookmarks in default

We don't recommend storing citations as bookmarks unless you plan to collaborate with LibreOffice users as they are quite prone to corruption as you have discovered. Make a backup copy of the document, then switch Zotero citations to be stored as Fields and check to see for any corruption after the conversion.
