Zotero Connector in Google Chrome not working

    Zotero Connector in Google Chrome not working. The button is greyed out. I think I've tried all the trouble shooting suggestions. Any idea what is i happening. It was working before today and not it is not on two different computers, one MAC, one windows.

    Not clear what you mean by "grayed out", but in general, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

    the button is not active. when I click it, nothing happens. It is not saving into zotero on either computer. PDF and websites alilke. It was woking before. I have done all the troubleshooting steps suggested without improvement.
