Cannot use Switch to Another Document Processor in Microsoft Word to LibreOffice

In microsoft Word, I clicked on Zotero preferences and selected "Switch to another document processor".

I opened the resulting file in LibreOffice and clicked "Refresh".

You wouldn't get that error with the transfer document. Either it wasn't successfully created or you're opening the wrong document. The transfer doc says something like Zotero Transfer Document in bold letters at the top.

What can I say?

I must have messed up.

Although I am 100% sure there were the "long codes" (?) in place of citations that characterize a document in transfer format, it does work right now.
