Coauthor Saving Word Document Results in Removal of Zotero Citations

Using a shared google drive folder, microsoft word zotero citations are getting stripped out/removed and turned into regular text whenever the other author edits and saves the documents. We are using a zotero group library.

Yes, this is not supported. If anyone edits and saves the document in some other editor than Word then citations will get stripped out.
