How can I enlarge the font size of annotations in PDF reader?

It is annoying that the font size of annotations is too small, making me uncomfortable to read it, especially on a high resolution screen.

I haven't found anywhere to adjust it, I've searched a similar post about this problem 【https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/97458/annotation-box-dimensions-and-font-size-in-zotero-reader/p1】, but nobody gave a solution.

+1. This would be a really helpful feature. You can add an option in preferences to increase the font size of annotations column too, as it is difficult to read.

Have you tried View → Font Size → Bigger?
