Download syncing pdf in ipad

I used Teracloud to syncing the Zotero files so that I can read them in my iPad. But It seems I cannot download the files, even it showed downloaded 15/22, but I cannot find the downloaded files.
Anyone has ideas about this? Or if someone have the same experience with me.
