Web Library: where is the menu for FILE EDIT VIEW etc

For the Web Library I am not seeing the top most menu for: File, Edit, View, Tools, Help

Is this 'normal'?
If so, then how would I do an import?

It's a website — of course that's not going to be there. That's the menu bar for the desktop app.

It's not currently possible to import metadata files into the web library. (Technically you can paste a RIS/BibTeX/etc. URL into Add by Identifier, but that's not what most people are trying to do.)

Is there a list of things the web interface does not do?
So there are no: add ons, no Timeline, no change layout or fonts, and nothing under the Edit menu?
Not complaining... just trying to get oriented.
