ingentaconnect PDF not downloaded

The Zotero browser plugin doesn't download the PDF even though the "Download Article" button downloads the PDF (for free without any user account). For example,

https://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/jmr/jmr/1997/00000055/00000006/art00007

https://doi.org/10.1357/002224009790741085

Is this problem fixable?
  • Zotero was able to download the PDF from the second link, but not from the first. (Firefox 101.0.1, Zotero connector 5.0.95)
  • No, neither are working — the second works only because Zotero finds an open-access link for the PDF.

Zotero is getting a "Session Timed Out: Ingenta Connect" page when trying to download the PDF, likely due to some sort of cookie issue. We'll take a look.

Strangely, the first was working fine, but now fails. Thank you for taking a look.

This should be fixed now. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.

    Thanks for reporting.
