syncing group libraries/folders

Sorry to bother everyone but we're having some trouble enabling sharing files in a group library. I've set up Zotero storage (2Gb earlier this week). The help file says "Enable/disable file syncing for your group libraries." but its not clear how/where to do this. In prefs-sync, I've chosen the group library, and set both options to 'as needed'. I've also 'reset'. Is that all I need to do? thx!
