Don't duplicate attachments when merging

When we merge two identical items, identical attachments (e.g. PDF files) are duplicated.

I propose to don't duplicate it (of course they need to be bit-by-bit identical)

    That's already the case -- if two PDFs are identical, one of them gets deleted during merge. (That's new as of version 6.0)
