Upgrade StorageZotero stalls when adding citation to Word and Google Docs on Mac - ID 1420211760
Using Zotero in Word and Google Docs (preferred Google Docs) for a Mac to add a citation with any style (currently using Bath Harvard) style, Zotero freezes - the Red Bar comes up and never completes.
Force quitting does not solve the problem. The issue occurs whether the Automatically update citations box is checked or not checked. The issue occurs whether trying to insert a citation or note into a document or a document with other citations. Attempting to edit a citation results in the same red bar that never loads/completes.
Steps taken to reproduce:
1. Open Zotero and new document
2. Changed Citation Style
3. Press Add/Edit Citation
4. Forced quit Zotero
Steps taken to fix:
1. Open Zotero and new Word document
2. Uninstallated Zotero, reinstalled

Can you reproduce this with the debug output window open (Help → Debug Output Logging → View Output), take a screenshot of the debug window after it hangs (assuming the text is still visible), and either upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive) and provide a link or email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
