Ipad keyboard shorcuts stopped working

Yesterday everything worked fine, and I could, for example, change the page with a keyboard or select the entire text. Now I can only type text in the notes and search for the pdfs. I don't know why it stopped working, shortcuts of every other apps are working as expected

    Could you say exactly what you're pressing and what's happening? The iOS app hasn't changed recently. If something isn't working as it was before, try force-quitting the app or restarting your device.

    Before for example when I held command key, a small window poped up with all available shortcuts for this app like in all apps that have keyboard shortcuts. Now when I hold it, the window is not appearing and any of the shortcuts are working. I tried force-quitting, restarting the device and even reinstalling the app but it didn't help

    We haven't done any testing with external keyboards, and we don't have any explicit keyboard shortcuts defined. It's possible there are some built-in iOS ones, or that the PDF reader has some based on the framework we use. But the iOS app hasn't been updated in weeks, so no reason on our end that these would've changed for you yesterday. I'd guess you're either misremembering (thinking of a different app?) or there's some sort of iOS fluke here that's outside of our control.

    We'll look into official external keyboard support in a future version, but this isn't something we support at the moment.
