Unable to Sync

Hello everyone,

i am trying to sync my Zotero databse, but it doesn't work.
As I try to acces to my account from desktop app, the message "Requested timed out" appears after a while.

Could you please help me?
  • Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through the initial sync attempt, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
  • It gives me an error too after submitting the error.
Anyway, I can copy and paste it here, hope it doesn't bother you:

  • All your network connections in Zotero appear to be broken.

    See Connection Error.
  • I did it. Thank you, your help was precious.

For everyone having the same problem as me: if you use a proxy server (for instance, I use my research institute's proxy to get acces to scientific papers), it could interfere with Zotero's connection. So, in order to sync your library, disabling the proxy and connecting to a different wifi should be enough.

I also tried to change Zotero's proxy option, but it didn'it work out.
