can't find any PDF and drag files into zotero panel to add them, such as pdf and other file formats

Since I updated to the latest version,I can't find any PDFs of my items, and I can't drag files into the items pane to add items, this includes pdfs, etc. Not sure what happens here?

    What do you mean by "I can't find any PDFs of my items"? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

    For dragging, make sure Zotero isn't set to run as administrator. That will break dragging files in.
