group file sharing and cloud storage (newbie)

Hello everyone - I have imported a ~1000 work bib from my old Mendeley account and have a research assistant who needs access. I've made a new group and dragged the files there. I can see entries and pdfs - they're on my HD. She can only see entries - can't open pdfs. Do I need to buy storage in order for her to access? In which case would I move my docs from my HD to Zotero cloud, and if so, please point me to instructions.

    Yes, as I told them when they posted here, you're at your file sync quota, and you'd be getting a warning on every sync telling you that. If you want to sync more files, you'd need to either delete some files in your personal library to free up space or add a storage subscription.
