(PhD) Thesis item needs a DOI field

Hi,

a PhD thesis usually also gets a DOI assigned. Hence, this field should be added to the thesis item.

DOI will be added to all item types in a future update. For now, you can enter in Extra like this:

DOI: 10.1234/567890
