CMS - title of reports italicized (?)

I'm using the Chicago Manual of Style for citations (full citation with bibliography) and notice that the titles of reports are being italicized. Is that the correct behavior according to the CMS? Just checking--it seems like it should be plain text, but I don't have a copy of the manual and couldn't actually find it online just now.

    generally yes, as reports are independent publications. It may depend on the exact nature of what you're citing, though.
