Upgrade Storagestructural element is not a function bug report

Im currently working on my thesis and suddenly zotero has stopped supporting my work. I think some reorganising of my text started this problem, it dropped the link with some sources. But usually this is an easy fix, i either revert my document. Or relink my sources myself.
When i tried to add a new source it gave me a error and refused to continue. I tried reverting, to a time where i had some faulty sources but it had still allowed me to insert new ones. This did not solve the issue I proceded to:
1. Delete all faulty sources.
2. copy my document over through the copy file system.
3. copy my document over manually
4. delete sections to find the culprit.
5. Delete the entire paper to see if it worked, it then did but thats not a solution.
6. repeatedly reload browser, document, zotero.
7. tried chrome, edge and firefox with beta connector.
The bugreport gives the error structural element not a function repeatedly.
