wrong data from https://www.cairn.info/

Hi, when using Zotero with https://www.cairn.info/ pages, I get a wrong title, or "Abstract", or the title in english instead of french.

Could we get a couple of sample URLs where that happens, please?

I just pushed a fix -- that's available immediately if you update your translators from the Zotero preferences and then the Zotero Connector preferences or will just auto-update in the next ~24hs.
