Upgrade StorageSync issues with latest betas
Items saved in the iPad beta don’t always sync to the WebDAB server, even after forced refresh.

Sync issues are also present the other way around, some attachments that look fine on PC won’t download to the iPad even after several attempts. Debug ID for this: D1510441003
