Zotero skips a few citations in the text but cite them in the bibliography

Does anyone know why Zotero skips a few citations in the text but then cites them in the bibliography? Thanks

Citations can be added to the bibliography without citing them in text by using the Add/Edit Bibliography function. Otherwise we'd need to see the specifics of the document. See Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents
