RSS Problem

I have a RSS problem, I have subscribed the URL and saved it, but zotero can't fetch the information from it.
This special URL is http://export.arxiv.org/rss/cs.CV
But zotero can fetch http://export.arxiv.org/rss/cs
I am confused by the problem, anyone help me?
I run it on the windows 10 zotero 6.0.8

That first URL works fine for me.

If it's still not working for you, can you provide a Debug ID for attempting to add the feed?

It's a magic! Today the first URL finially works fine suddenly!
The problem has confused me for a week.
I don't konw what happened with it.
