It's great to see Zotero 6.0 launching a series of important and surprising features such as PDF reader, markup, new notes and more.
But I found some inconveniences when using the markup function of the PDF reader: when I use the zotero native PDF reader to take notes on the pdf file with a win system computer, I found that the notes did not appear on the original pdf file. In this way, when I use the ipad to read the pdf with other reader, I can't see the previous notes. So I want to be able to save the notes on the pdf file, not in the zotero data.
