Zotfile leaves behind dead link to old PDF location after doing rename+move

When I add a new Zotero entry from Chrome, Zotfile successfully moves and renames it to my specified new location, but it leaves behind a dead link to the old location. Any idea how to fix this? It's sort of annoying because I have to manually delete the old link.
