sync error between two Mac computers

Hello

Suddenly my pdf files no longer show on my laptop, nor the online library (xalario), but still show on my desktop.

I have followed the steps provided on https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing

Arrived at step 5, I notice that the sync after reset history is almost instantaneous and does not work (the online library misses many files).

The debug ID I generated is D1280187787

Can you please provide some advice?

Both desktop and laptop have run under Mojave 10.14.6 and have Zotero client 6.0.8
