Metadata in journal abbreviation list outdated

The "info" field in file zotero.jar\resource\schema\abbreviations.json points to
"URI": "http://www.zotero.org/abbreviations/default.json", but this URI is not found (404). Should it be updated to point to a working URI?

No. That's just an identifier — there's no requirement that it be a dereferenceable URL.
