Windows 11 High Contrast Mode not fully supported

I use the High Contras Mode to save my eyes. In High Contrast Mode the font of the tabs is not legible, the tools to annotate the PDF are not visible and also in File, Edit etc. the font is white on white. I can post screenshots if needed.
