Can't save pdfs when using Zotero connector

Recently when I try to save articles using the Zotero connector it will save the article details but not the pdf itself, even if I am open on the pdf. I am able to manually download the pdf and attach it to the saved item in Zotero, but this is not ideal. It is happening across all websites, as far as I can tell. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps given on the help page but the issue persists.

Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero rather than the Zotero Connector for reproducing this? You'll need to reload the page in the browser before saving again.

I didn't note in my previous message, but it happens across a number of platforms, not just Wiley. I have access to all, and in the case of the item in this comment I was actually on the pdf itself, not just the info page.

That's not a PDF — that's the Elsevier cloud PDF reader, which we have no way of supporting. You should always save from the article page where possible.
