Upgrade StorageAdd CSTR identifier to the 'Add Item by Identifier' function.
Dear Zotero developers,
We are data archivists at Common Science and Technology Resource Identifier System. As we discussed before, we want to Add CSTR identifier to the 'Add Item by Identifier' function.

In order to achieve that, we have finished writing the Search Translators and Web Translators. The code had been submitted in Github. (https://github.com/zotero/translators/pull/2823)The file name is 'Chinese academy of sciences cnicstr.js'.
